Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward mail messages from one mailbox to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just specify the mailbox you wish to forward messages from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
